Recently there was a page restore done on Cueball from XCKD. The reason it was originally eliminated was because it was "not notable enough" due to him being a temporary comic character.
However, I know a recurring XKCD character that has shown many interesting powers over the course of the comic. Would it be okay to add information about him? He isn't necessarily a main character but he appears in more than 10 comics.
