When stunned you literally can't do anything to defend yourself in any way possible and all passives are disabled
It doesn't disable thoughts but rather thought based abilities
And when a person in general has no stamina they're either passed out or dead so yeah

If the hax that has passive effects needs to be activated then yeah, the character won't have the chance to activate it

Yeah, but without stamina hax, other characters can actually fight him. For example, sailor moon would get attacks off. Idk if she would win either way, but eh. Seiya too
