As long as she isn’t instantly stunned by it, she can still use her thought-based powers, especially considering the fact that she doesn’t even need to be conscious to do so.

The way I see it, this match comes down to the Keysword. If Goku has the Keysword, he nulls her powers, and he wins. If he doesn’t, he doesn’t resist Power Absorption, so all his powers are stolen and Freyja wins.

It resists power absorption, something that dark factor does.

And she won't be able to do anything in a daze. Because it's a "status effect" that doesn't let her attack, defend herself or use her powers.

It's not about her just "sleeping" or being "unconscious", she will become inoperative because of the "status effect"

Most of Freyja’s stuff is thought-based, and she can act while asleep/unconscious, so I don’t think stamina will come into play here.

And does Goku have any passive, or thought-based offensive haxes? If not, then Freyja just kinda absorbs his powers before he can even do anything, since I don’t see a resistance to Power Absorption.

Also, Freyja passively steals amps to AP, Durability, Speed, and Magic Resistance, so there’s also that.

She can act while being unconscious, sure. But she doesn't resist Goku's Stun, aka a busted status effect inducement, which will leave her unable to do anything. Stun happens after Goku's passive stamina hax, he just needs to hit her with any attack after it and she gets stunned.
