Goku's main moves are passive stamina hax to set her stamina to 1, and then one shot her via higher AP.

Most of Freyja’s stuff is thought-based, and she can act while asleep/unconscious, so I don’t think stamina will come into play here.

And does Goku have any passive, or thought-based offensive haxes? If not, then Freyja just kinda absorbs his powers before he can even do anything, since I don’t see a resistance to Power Absorption.

Also, Freyja passively steals amps to AP, Durability, Speed, and Magic Resistance, so there’s also that.

Goku resist Dark Factor, which possesses both power absorption and absorption. Chaos Ball is even stronger

I'm imagining it's the strongest version of this Goku since it wasn't specified.

This Goku resists the following things: Darki ki, Dark Factor, Evil Aura and Power of Destruction

In addition to having defensive RE for Time Power.

The reduction in stamina leaves her with the minimum possible stamina, so she would be extremely tired at all times, in addition, any attack from Goku would leave her "stunned"

Which is a status effect in which she does not resist, and when stunned she cannot attack, defend herself or use her powers.

As long as she isn’t instantly stunned by it, she can still use her thought-based powers, especially considering the fact that she doesn’t even need to be conscious to do so.
