Anime Goku is low 2-C but Xeno is 2-B wtf Xeno is way stronger than Anime Goku his base form is more than enough to defeat Anime Goku even if he went Ultra Instinct, Xeno Goku is still god stomps him with little to no effort

Supreme Kai of time is 4D as she has merge timelines together with little to no efforts and was also able to hold the multiverse
