Very close match. But I'm going to give my vote to Vincent in both rounds. Victory by hax. Xehanorth doesn't have inmunity to Petrification, Toad or Death Materia. And Vincent's weapon Death Penalty can kill superbosses with one hit (properly boosted by how many enemies Vincent has defeated)
