X791 Jackal and Lucy revision

So we currently rank X791 Jackal (and by extent X791 Lucy) at only above DF Sting/Rouge at 7.8 megatons.

However, I disagree with this.

Mainly because Natsu is shown at least two times to be notably hurt by Jackal's attacks, not to mention Jackal tanked multiple hits from Natsu in just his base.

Also, Loke (who Lucy scales to) managed to fight Torafuzar on relatively even terms.

Thus, we could do one of two things:

1. Scale X791 Base Jackal and people on his level above the combined attack that X791 DF Sting and Rogue used on Natsu (aka 15.6 megatons), since that combined attack did zero real damage to Natsu while Jackal could actually do notable damage to Natsu. This would make X791 Lucy and Wendy also 15.6 megatons, and make Urano Metria 31.2 megatons, which makes sense since it one-shot Base Jackal when Natsu couldn't.

2. Make Base Jackal and Lucy scale to 30.91 megatons (which is supported by Loke matching Torafuzar alongside Jackal fighting Base Natsu and damaging him while tanking his attacks for a while).

I'm fine with option one, it's quite clear that Natsu had a tougher fight with Base Jackel than the twin dragon's unison raid

Agreed since Jackal did do some bad damage while the unison raid did zero damage.

Urano Metria should already scale above Base Natsu for one shotting Base Jackal who tanked hits from Natsu.

Lucy's initial performance against Base Jackal kinda muddles this a bit as she couldn't really do much with scorpio against jackal, perhaps she needs a Tartaros arc rating like elfman as her feats during her battle with tartaros are clearly above her previous showings in the GMGs and Eclipse arcs

That was only because he used explosions to blow the sand away and she didn't understand his powers.

Same with Wendy and Natsu.

Honestly it wouldn't be outlandish for Jackal to scale to Base Natsu since Natsu only began winning once he ate Jackal's explosions.

Not to mention Loke matched Torufazar.
