Write-Up Addition for the "Crazy Characters" category

This category exists on the wiki and consistently gives me nightmares of people listing otherwise completely fine and sympathetic characters in it, just because they happen to have a mental ailment, since the term has been used as a dismissive summation for that.

So I suggest adding this write-up to the category page:

Characters whose actions are consistently unhinged and extremely reckless by societal standards, whether done for comedic effect, disregard for society, thrill-seeking or as a potrayal of senseless evil.

Please do not list characters in this category just because they have a mental disorder, because doing so is extremely disrespectful.

All the clarity needed, for what I believe the category is aiming to list.

I think it should just be removed. It can easily be viewed as generalizing and stereotyping people with mental illness. I don't think its worth the hassle, no matter how well intentioned it's supposed to be.

And if the category is deemed to insensitive, maybe we should also take a look at the Sociopaths and Psychopaths categories.

Yeah, especially considering that those are pretty specific, real life diagnosis that are being applied to... a lot of characters that probably don't fit them.

Yeah I don't really think he is. I mean, he's not a particularly loving guy but he does definitely care for humanity, as a whole, IMO.
