Would this weapon grant any tier?

There's a sword In a game I'm almost done indexing called “Cosmos Sword”

It is also said that "A sword bursting with the energy of the blinding sun”

Would this grant any tiers? It is able to one shot most opponents when paired with another item that is linked to it. It can one most beings including skeletons, 3-4 meter tall machines, causing them to explode, and can one shot 3 meter tall dragons, etc...

Sounds like hyperbole, but the energy of the sun is between high 6-A and, well, 4-C

Ah, definitely hyperbole then. Or an outlier if its legit. Nothing in the verse comes even close to 1% of High 6-A.
