Just a question I'm asking for my story I'm writing.
In the story, a force known as Alaya, made up of a mix of all sentient being's innate divinity and their desires and beliefs, rules over the universe. Over quadrillions of years, the universe is undergoing an endless cycle of Big Bangs and Big Crunches, essentially destroying the old universe and creating a new one each time. Alaya is timeless, so to it, all of these BIg Bangs, Big Crunches, and the existence of these universes happen simultaneously.
So, considering Alaya rules over this all, would that make Alaya Low 2-C, or 2-A?
Reasons for low 2-C:

Reasons for low 2-C:
- it is the same universe, just being recycled infinitely,
- none of the low 2-C events are actually happening at the same time
- because alaya experiences all these universes simultaneously, to Alaya there are infinite universes, even if to us there is only one universe
