Would this grant a Tier of just Large Size?

Was reading some stories on Wattpad. There's a structure that is so big that it exists through all the planes of existence and stretches and has no beginning or end. It's so big that it stretches beyond the concept of dimensionality itself. Would this be a Tier 1 feat or just Large Size Type 11?

Anyway it would be Beyond Dimensional Existence, and Tier 1 & Large Size Type 11 if dimensions are shown to have superiority.
