So the verse has characters sent to a world of a fictional TV show as a part of their journey. said world knows that they are just a TV show, and they their world is relent on TV ratings of the real world, and the heroes are being watched by people in the real world.

Though the verse use descriptors that it used to mean timelines or universes when the describing the TV World. so if this TV world is considered 4d but is also considered as fiction to the rest of the cosmology. Would that make the rest of the cosmology 5D, or would it be something else?

If the baseline setting is outside the television then the TV World is Tier 11. Otherwise it would be Low 1-C.

Could be, but would require more context in statements that their viewing the TV shown is from a higher dimensional perspective and it's not just reality warpers outside the world only treating them as fiction because of the power they have over them when they are actually on the same dimensional level.
