Would this be considered Immeasurable speed?

I was wondering if this would be immeasurable speed. The character in question is able to travel at light speeds, however, when doing so he gets broken down into microscopic particles. However, he continues to accelerate and moves faster than light his body travels back in time and regenerates.

This how the series explains it:

"You're using your fire powers to accelerate up to the speed of light and stop time. When you get to that speed, the shock causes your body to break down into particles. Then you keep accelerating, go beyond the speed of light, and turn time back! And when that happens, your body goes back to normal."

Would this count as Immeasurable or just FTL with some hax?

Would other character scales? since it makes it pretty evident that when travelling light speed your body is broken into particles. Unless those effects just apply to Shinra
