If person A can tell that person B was a murderer(and was right) due to the fact that person A has murdered people before as well. Would this qualify as an ability, and if so what would it be?

To my understanding i won't call it an ability. It would just be based on experience of killing.

Depends if it's an innate inability that lets the person decipher murderers due to his past, or if it's just a hunch.

If the former, then I think Information Analysis fits.

Context: Yoh(the main character) meets his opponent for the first time and at first glance he doesn't think anything's wrong with him until Amidamaru(Yoh's spirit ally who was a legendary samurai who died 600 years ago) informs him that he shouldn't be trusted. And it turns out Amidamaru was right, because that individual was none other than Faust VIII(A shaman who's a doctor and a necromancer)

edit- And no, Amidamaru did not know that he was a necromancer before he met him. It wasn't until after this scene happen that's when he revealed it to them.
