Would it be in bad taste to make a profile for Luigi Mangione?

A lot of people consider him a hero and very few people are grieving Brian Thompson so I wanted to know if it would be okay to make a profile about him on Joke Battles. I'm probably going to get some people angry at me for even asking this but I do want to know. I have some ideas for a profile but I won't share them if doing so is in bad taste or too insensitive.

That is true but the evidence is pretty high and we can't be sure he is innocent by looking at his verdict alone because of potential jury nullification. I won't say that he is absolutely for sure guilty but it would be hard to say he isn't unless his lawyers bring out some really good evidence that he isn’t. The evidence against him is photo evidence so unless a DNA test proves he is innocent, it's likely he isn't. But I will admit there is a chance he is innocent and that the similarities were all a coincidence.

I'll just add my own note to the above sentiments and say that I think, in general, making a profile for a real world alleged criminal - even if they have received memes about them in various online spaces - would be inappropriate. Especially so considering that their only public acknowledgement is through their alleged criminal acts, so it's not as though it'd be a joke about anything else they were known for. There are some places online that would inevitably facilitate this type of humour if you wish to look for them, but I don't think we have or would do so here.
