Would Burj Khalifa be High 8-C

Can't qualify building with AP since there can't do a thing; neither durability since they are as durabla as the material they are made of. Destroying it would be around 7-C, but only if one shot.

Destroying the burj khalifa would be high 8-C (possibly higher, im not sure). However it would be considered as being above baseline.

Destroying the base enough to make it collapse could vary between High 8-C and 8-B, but destroying it completely would be low tier 7 considering that destroying the Empire State is Low 7-C

Building has no "durability", if someone is capable to destroy reinforced concrete and steel should be able to damage the skyscraper. Considerable damage? should be around 9-A. Destroying the base to make it collapse? Between High 8-C and 8-B. Destroying it completely? Around 7-C (there's no calculated value for that, but destroying the ES is Low 7-C).

Not sure, but the standard skyscraper height is 80-100 m, generally we use 100 m
