Wondering about Herobrine's tier power

Hey guys, it's my first thread here on forums. As the title says, I have a question. What tier would Herobrine, the Minecraft legend be? From what I know, he is pretty darn powwrful, but is he powerful enough to be considered Tier 1-A or Tier 0?

Well, assuming he would scale to the Steve (not the Real Player) he should be somewhat stronger than him.

He'd likely just scale to The Player in all honesty. Wether that be his avatar or the real deal depends on the fic you use. But there is absolutely no serious story in which he touches 1-A. Highest I've heard of is tier 2.

well it is kina apart of the lore that notch and herobrine are brothers and notch would be considered the supreme being in minecraft higher then the two entities so he could be high multiversal but this is really stretchong logic and lore so just town level is fine
