If a character who's not tier 0 is described as beyond of all possible worlds (meaning that he transcends them all) but he's also the embodiment of all possible worlds, what would happen? The possible worlds would be downplayed from High 1-A+ because a character that's not tier 0 is above them? or they will reamin because that character is their embodiment? Is this even possible?
also, this character would be high 1-A+ type 1 or type 2?

It should be as the tier 0 decides the logic of the world (i know this is old) like a manifestation of the t0 as its absolute peak before tier0 would outscale a character they also formed to create all logically possible worlds and embody them.

This is not true. Nothing except Boundless can transcend All Logically Possible Worlds. If High 1A+ is predated by none Boundless it isn't High 1A+ to begin with.

I would disagree the tier 0 decides the logic of the verse since it is what foundates it. i was refencing avatars cause they typically are what give form to it.. imma go back to bed though good night

The thing you are talking about can be a High 1A+ avatar, but again, it would just downgrade High 1A+ All Possible Worlds

Again nothing except Tier 0 can predate High 1A+ All Possible Worlds

depends on the framework what the consequences would be
