Well, it could be Plant Manipulation, Death Manipulation or outright Life Manipulation. Which one exactly depends on the context or overall abilities from the user, for example, if he is like Kurama from Yu Yu Hakusho he can control plants overall but not life or death, but still could wither them; the forest god from Princess Mononoke can give and take life whenever he wants so it falls int the latter, etc.

General abilities: Death Manipulation, Biological Manipulation, Life Manipulation. Specific abilities: Decay/Decomposition Manipulation, Life-Force Absorption, Death-Force Manipulation. However, looking to what caused it is always the better option, as making plants to wither can be produced by several different powers.

Is that character from Hunter X Hunter? If that's the case it would be a form of Life Manipulation as Aura is a form of controlling one's own life force IIRC.
If he isn't it depends a bit on what other details are given on his aura, but Aura is usually tied to the person's soul or life force so it may qualify in that regard.
