I want to ask, because I don't really understand the standards and rules that apply in this forum. The question is: If a character in fiction has only been shown in the Manga, and there is no anime version yet, can we still improve that character in this forum? I want to make a profile, as well as add some of Chika Takiishi's abilities from the anime/series Wind Breaker (Nii Satoru), this character has just appeared in the manga, and the Anime S2 will appear in April 2025. Can I still upgrade it?

And I want to ask, are there any supporters of the anime/series Wind Breaker (Nii Satoru) besides me on this forum? If there is, I would like to contribute together.

U don't need to worry about a character appearing in the anime or not, mainly because the main source of Wind Breaker is the Manga, not the Anime

One more question, do I need to include the capability by creating the CRT first, or put it directly into the profile. Because I make sure that some of the skills that I will include in the profile, there will be no wanks, because I follow Manga consistently.

You can create profiles up to Tier 2-B without requiring a Content Revision Thread. However, if you wish to add abilities (haxes) that you think you cannot justify on your own, then i recommend you to create a CRT for them.

Yes, I want to add several abilities (haxes) such as Fear Inducing, aura Manipulation, and so on. And also there are some basic abilities like Damage Boost, Amplification stats that I also want to add to his profile. If the page for the character hasn't been made yet, you can go ahead and create a page for it with copy-pasting what was inside your blog. Else, CRT is required. That's all.
