I guess this is ok, given is a parallel version of the real world removed from the match of time (which would make it a universe). I'd say it's just enough to pass for Low 2-C in my opinion.

The Illusion of Living book (and the Ink Machine) grants the Master space-time manipulation and high reality warping powers and abilities, so those who wield it these being Wilson, Audrey and Joey should qualify as universal level+ with the Illusion of Living book (and the Ink Machine) only.
