So the speed of light rating for Ryuu Kusari no Ori comes from this scan:
I don't think this statement is enough to qualify for a SoL rating. Let's look at what reminiscent means.
1. tending to remind one of something.
2. suggesting something by resemblance.
Just because its 'reminiscent of a flash of light' does not mean it is the literal speed of light. We can tell the speed is of course very high but not necessarily SoL. Describing a characters movement as similar to a flash of light is writing used in fiction many times which tells us how fast the character is but it does not mean they are literally moving at light speeds. Reminiscent does not equal literal and it comes off as very vague as well.
