Will the immortal type 5 always win over the type with limited lifespan?

In a versus battle, if a character possesses Type 5 immortality (transcending life and death) but is otherwise incapacitated or unable to affect the opponent, while the opponent only has a limited lifespan but can fight, damage, or seal the immortal being, who should be considered the winner under VS Battles Wiki's victory conditions? Does mere existence beyond death outweigh combat effectiveness, or does the inability to act render such immortality irrelevant in determining the outcome?

Victory Conditions: Death of the opponent, removing the opponent from the battlefield for at least one week (BFR), knocking the opponent out for at least one hour, or incapacitating the opponent by putting him in a state in which he can not harm the other fighter(s) for over a day, are to be assumed as victory conditions.

If the character with immortality type 5 is incapacitated for over a day and the other one does not die on that timeframe, they lose immediatly
