Wilfre vs Son Goku

Wilfre stomps, even if Goku gets the Mafuba.
He has all of existence under his jurisdiction with the Book of Life. Alongside that, Wilfre also has summoning, so all he'd need to do is use his summoning technique and the Mafuba will be intercepted by his goons. All of this is ignoring his existence erasure as well, which Goku has no counter for, not in this matter, given the different functionality of Wilfre's existence erasure than, say, the Hakai.
Long story short, Wilfre fodderizes.
