The scans doesn't exist... Base Johnny should not have teleportation and regen from that justification.

Johnny and Bling-Bling Boy wearing casts. They both didn't get time to recover, as they took even more damage. They both end up being fine the very next scene.

Idk if this is regen, but I'm just making sure if it is or not.

No. Not even close. Dukey asks Johnny if they're going where they think they're going, then they both teleport to the lab. Dukey even says "I thought so," which justifies them both teleporting to the lab. The sisters didn't do a thing.
