why wobblewok scale planet level

Hello, I'd like to ask a question, although I doubt I'll get an answer given the lack of activity on the Yo-kai Watch thread.
I can't find where Whisper claimed that Wobblewok's awakening would be capable of destroying the human kingdom. It's possible I missed this information, but I'd appreciate some proof of this claim. Thank you in advance for your reply.

This is when Whisper mentions it, although this could become universal level. In itself, it could already alter the entire Infinite Inferno with its presence.
