Why was my Bart Allen profile deleted?

I worked on it for 2 hours, followed the rules about it, and even backed up the powers with scans. At least tell me why if you're gonna delete it.

As far as I recall, it used outliers, such as fighting Superboy-Prime, as justifications for his statistics, and also used guesswork regarding his durability.
