Why the naruto discussion rule is wrong

the rule doesn’t make sense because sasuke and naruto and momoshiki are all above kaguya base stats. But people are attempting to scale them higher than kaguya because of the Etsb. Now vs wiki does not accept the statement for momoshiki scaling higher than kaguya with etsb. But now another character that was started to be the strongest the verse as ever seen is also not accepted.

Why was it created. Was it not because people attempted to scale momoshiki higher than kaguya by statement. You found the statements to be false that is why you created it. Second we have an official statement why is it not accepted?

Isshiki is above Kaguya already. He is not above a singular technique of Kaguya's. You can be stronger than someone, but weaker than their ultimate move. Especially with the VERY long charge up time that the ETSB has.
Some examples:
Vegeta > Goku in Saiyan Saga. Goku's Spirit Bomb/Genki Dama > Vegeta
Knuckle > Gon in HxH. Gon's Fully charged Jajaken > Knuckle.

A Naruto example:
Pain is the strongest member of Akatsuki. Deidara's C0 exists and is above Pain.

Also where are you getting the statement that we have a character stronger than Kaguya?
