Unless the hax isn't a Hax and is rather a special ability, yes, Hax isn't an AP justification.

Something that ignores dura doesn't get a tier from hurting something with a certain level of dura

Exception being Reinhard Heydrich who is able to effect 1-As and thereby it is noted on his profile so it's clear he can properly smurf
