I guess that's probably because you changed it yourself but you forgot. Or an admin misspelled your username when they created this account of your in this forum (They took a look at your username in the wiki, and realised that they were misspelling your name). So they changed your username in this forum to make it look indentical to your wiki username.

Yes. Apparently, regular users cannot change their user name on their own without requesting. So it must mean that an administrator misspelled your username two times.mispelling it 2 times? idk
