Why, just WHY ?

Tree > Gods

Gods must be tier 0, they're obviously omnipotent

-1 Trees

Axes cut down trees

-2 Axes

Humans make axes and see them as inanimate objects

-3 Humans confirmed

I have to admit that treating a tree as a being who is capable of combat as flat-out ridiculous considering that

  • A tree is generally immobile, thus is unable do anything in a combat situation against a different character.
  • A tree is unable to attack, nor defend itself against incoming attacks (Said tree can "attack" by growing very slowly, but that will take years worth of time just to cover enough distance)
  • Lack of intelligence, considering that we have no instances where a tree is going to think, except for the fact that it's like a statue where it feeds off nutrients and grows, and doesn't do much else.
I think that the composite tree profile should be deleted, yes. Don't even know why we had it up there for the longest time really.

We have a profile for a composite tree, but not for a composite car.

Considering a car is able to actually move around and hit things with it, I'm surprised no one actually made a profile for it yet?

This profile is downright hilarious. Gave me a good laugh. Since it doesn't violate any rules, I'd be happy if we could keep it.

We'd made profiles for things that can't fight in a straightforward way before. Heck even 10-B profiles aren't forbidden. At least the Tree has unique stats.

I mean the Monarch of Pointland can't do anything at all, but we still allow him.

Trees are actually a bit powerful under the certain weather conditions. I mean, even if I was a Wall-level guy or something, I wouldn't like to stay under a manchineel tree white it was raining...

In fact, we could update de profile. Poison Manipulation is the first thing to come to my mind.

The thing is, the tree actually has a win

Monarch just gets stomped by literally everything else on this wiki

The Composite Tree profile doesn't violate any rules of this wiki. It might be true that a tree isn't meant to do combat, however what is wrong with showing how powerful the plant side of nature can actually be (The tree has actual abilities and considerable durability). What's so wrong about presenting what trees are capable of.

Just like the profiles JustSomeWeirdo listed, the Composite Tree is a profile which can be used to make comparisons with other profiles. One use of it that comes to my mind is checking whether or not a lower tier character can break a tree apart in one blow. There are actually lots of characters on this wiki who can't. If you want to know you can compare the AP of a character to the durability of the Composite Tree.

The tree might not get another victory anytime soon, but it functioning as a comparison profile (like so many others we have on this wiki who exist for that reason only) should be enough reason to keep it.

The Authority's entire premise is that it is miserably weak. It is a bit weird to allow people such as him and the Monarch of Pointland (I think nothing on this wiki can be beaten by it), as well as event profiles, but not allowing trees.

Trees in fact can kill people. Like I said before, trees like the Manchineel tree can actually kill things under the proper conditions (Raining, winds, storms, if the enemies are stupid).

I don't think we need to compare the tree to any other ridiculous profiles at all. As I mentioned above there is meaning in keeping the profile as it functions well as a profile for comparisons.

tecnically, i never stated that i wanted the removution of the profile, i just asked why it was created in the first place
