Why isnt Bakugo High 6A

Bakugo's Howitzer Imact: Cluster was stated to be "fantastic" according to AFO Shiggy, as stated on his profile, to such an extent that Shiggy stopped him from using it before he launched it, which he didn't do against Suneater's Plasma Cannon, or any of the other attacks used by everyone else, including Mirko, who is High 6A for drawing blood from Shiggy. Heck, the heat from the attack alone already burned Shiggy without landing. It wouldn't make any sense in the writing if Bakugo's attacks heat could harm a character a little bit, but the actual impact of the move would just bounce off, which it would have if Bakugo truly was just High 6B.

Bakugo's Howitzer should definitely be High 6A cuz it's pretty clearly implied that the attack would have done a lot more than just burn Shiggy if it landed

Bakugo's attack hit Tomura directly. I don't get this misconception people have that he missed or something. Tomura tanked that dead on and only got his faced burned. There is not a single statement that suggest he dodged it or something. I swear people need to read the manga for real. He's never shown missing.

He took it head on and then crushed his hand to prevent him from doing it again. Because that burn damage was the most damage anyone had inflicted on him yet. It'd be annoying if he kept unleashing attacks on the level. He never said he avoided it or something.

Bakugo said it himself. "That was my biggest attack... Is he really that far away from me?"

If Bakugo's attack missed, he'd have pointed that out. Instead, Bakugo was in disbelief how worthless his strongest attack was. Making it clear that Tomura was far ahead of it. The idea that Tomura dodged is just dumb head canon that people want to use to make Bakugo stronger than he actually is.

The only damage Bakugo inflicted on Tomura was burning him. Which isn't scalable to anything.

Plasma cannon did visibly nothing compared to any of Bakugo's attacks. Bakugo's regular explosions were contributing factors to causing Tomura to evolve, not just Mirko's kick. He even mentioned his attacks "stung just a bit"

then why is only the side of Shiggy's head injured? Shiggy yoinked his arm and tore it out of the way before he received the brunt of the attack. If Shiggy just facetanked it then his whole body would be screwed over. Why go out of his way to avoid it?
Once again, it wouldn't make much sense in the context of the story if his "strongest attack" that Shiggy "had to break" was just gonna burn him and then bounce off, especially since Explosion as a quirk isn't well known for just burning things anyways. The entire gimmick of his quirk is the blunt force trauma of it, and every other enemy he's ever fought has never been burned, just clobbered.
Heck, Shiggy after "killing" Bakugo" attributed his current cundition (before using extra fingers) to Bakugo and Bakugo alone, despite Plasma Cannon, and despite Mirko kicking him in the face. He literally just got kicked in the face by Mirko and was like "Damn, Bakugo was threatening"

Not to mention, after Edgeshot revived him and after distracting Rewind AFO with a mouth explosion, he directly clashed with Omni Factor Unleash, with the explosions spreading throughout his entire body. Yes, AFO's durability is down, but clashing with a 6A attack should make you 6A at the very least.
