Why is Thanos with the gauntlet not High Outerversal?

According to the wiki, Thanos beat a bunch of cosmic entities with the Infinity Gauntlet. While some of them were Hyperversal or Outerversal, a few are listed on VSBW as High Outerversal, including their durability. Shouldn't that make Thanos with the gauntlet High Outerversal too? Why is he only listed as Outerversal?

I didn't read the comic, It says [The celestial] in the profile though. "The One Above All [The Celestial]" which scales to the Celestials. Is it the real full power OAA here or some limited version etc.

I don't know. I haven't read that comic so I just went by what the wiki said.
