Why is Rock Lee 7-A?

Looking at the justification it makes no sense. He jumped from Town Level to Mountain Level+ but the reasoning is poor IMO.

The listed feat on his profile'd put him above Baseline 7-A at best (166MT) and that's the High End which isn't usually accepted for Meteor's speed so the final result might be 33MT (7-B) or 77MT (7-B+). And I don't know where this comparison with Gai comes from.

I could say the same for his MHS+. It only say "Faster than before" instead of having actual reasons. His previous speed's keys were High Hypersonic.

So if there's some proper justifications we should put them in the profile. Right now his 7-A+ and MHS+ seems iffy.

Lee scales to Guy, who fought Kisame, who fought Killer B, who scales to that.

About the OP stuff, I think the High end 7-A has been accepted due to the consistence (IDK if calcs members accepted the High End)

Yeah, but the meteor's calc doesn't scale Lee to the 7-A. It says 11 people destroyed the meteor at the same time and the result is much lower than the meteor's AP.

I'm not denying any feat here but I'm asking about the actual feat/scaling that grants Lee his 7-A+.

The CRT linked in the calc blog you posted it says that Lee scales to 500MT meteor but the calc isn't listed and the meteor's calc we know doesn't say anything about that result.

I'm might confusing things here so sorry if that's the case.

Hm, ok.

Hidan is the slowest of Akatsuki, but even so, he still manages to keep up with Kakashi. Kakashi is MHS+ (Mach 2225). Lee can keep up with Guy on many occasions, and outrun an explosion from Deidara

Lee has always been a character focused on martial skills and speed. It would not make sense for him to be slower than Naruto in the base form (Mach 2606) which at that moment was tired and worn out.

Anyway, in a Naruto novel, Lee can keep up with Kakashi. This novel follows the events of Shippuden

Lee can react to Deidara's explosions. Additionally, it doesn't make any sense for him to be able to one shot any jonins that aren't Kakashi feat-wise (and even then, that is arguable) in physical power (when his speed has always been a huge trait of his character alongside his power), but not be able to react to them.

Funny cause even TenTen could reacted to the explosion. I have always wanted to know why he was slower when he should be just as fast as Naruto or faster

IMO most characters or the characters that we all know should be MHS or MHS+

Maybe. But the result should give something surroundings of hypersonic or at most MHS. I just quoted this feat because Deidara attacks at MHS+ speeds and their explosions must have such speed
