Why is prime all might multiplier rejected? (My hero academia)

Because it is vague on how it would work, nomu's quirk had a limit on what it could take on, and all might's last strikes were effective in moving him around and eventually send him flying, but his punchs before, which he counted, were nullified.

So not only is the "300 vs 5" part unclear because, if we remove the nullified punchs it would lower the multiplier a lot, if he still needed 5 punchs with a 60x multiplier, he probably wouldn't have moved nomu around with a unspecified increase

What happened to the 5x multiplier from the movies? Wouldn't that make all might
high 7-A+ - 6-C?

AP is attack potency i am guessing? If the movie is canon (seems like it because the deku and bakugo feat Is accepted) why cant we just use this multiplier to scale the god tiers to high 7-A+?
Or has this multiplier been rejected?
