Why is pikachu universal?

Universe level with Pikachu's Gigavolt Havoc and 10,000,000 Volt Thunderbolt Any pokemon connoisseur can explain to me why pikachu is universal level

at least Galaxy level, likely High Universe level with 10,000,000 Volt Thunderbolt and Gigavolt Havoc (Overpowered Guzzlord with Naganadel. One-shotted Merged Lusamine. Overwhelmed and defeated Tapu Koko's Guardian of Alola Z-Move)

Pikachu at his Z move was one shot lusamine merged with ultra beast. All ultra beast was scale to necrozma absorb the entire light in space feats which got 3-C likely H3A

Keep in mind, it's just glasscanon pikachu with only Z move
Normal stat pikachu still at Island lvl

The continuities were not separating because I don't remember ultra beast having feats or climbing that high in the anime or necrozma this should not scale to greninja since ash greninja>pikachu sm
