Why is Noelle's image file a .webp instead of a .png?

So I noticed that on Noelle's Profile, when clicking the image it says "Redirect by file, user, page, revision, or log ID" and is instead a .webp than a .png file like Eula's or the other Genshin Characters. Would try to fix it myself, but I'm not sure how to properly change the file. Was it made like this on purpose?

Guessing the person who added it got the render from a different wiki or something, as those tend to save themselves as .webp files. I'll try to replace it.
i wont stand for this injustice against best girl
