Why is Erebus 2-B?

So I was looking through the Persona pages after the revision, and noticed that Erebus is 2-B, but the page has it scale to late game Makoto Yuki, who is low 1-C. Is there a reason for this or is it just an error?

Not sure if this counts as a revision thread but it seems like the best place to put it.

Persona pages are kinda scrambled inside and out atm, they actually should be 1-C due to a recent CRT
