Why is Big Daddy 8-C? and other things (Possible Bioshock Revision/Downgrade)

So it says the Big Daddy damaging Jack (Which he is only 8-C due to being able to damage big Daddies and Frank Fontaine; Frank is only 8-C for claiming to be able to destroy something within an unknown amount of time.) and Booker DeWitt. My main question is why Big Daddy scales to Booker because 1. He was an alternate reality version iirc. and 2. Booker is only 8-C because he scales to the Firemen who burned (But not completely destroyed) a courtyard which doesn't seem 8-C. Also while I'm on wrong scaling, why are the Splicers 9-B+ for surviving the pressure underwater and Fontaine isn't? Also the multiple different Splicers should be Keys due to the profile looking messy.

Also even if the vigors make DeWitt 8-C he still can be defeated by bats, normal guns, explosives, and Elizabeth knocked him out with a wrench. Splicers can harm Big Daddies and kill Jack etc.

Frank Fontaine was going to blow up an orphanage

The Fireman didnt burn anything, he caused a building sized explosion

Fontaine scales to 8-C feats and he's far, far more durable than fodder splicers

Delta was also hit with an amount of water that yielded 8-C via KE and was unfazed, lemme see if i can find the calc

That reminds me, i need to calc the Frosty Splicer freezing his entire battlefield with Old Man Winter, that could yield some nice results
