I approved the post, and you Fandom account does not look blocked. Are you still having issues? Also, keep in mind sometimes glitches happen when VPN is turned on and it fixes when turned off and back on.

It seems like somebody else who uses the same IP address has been blocked in Fandom then, which apparently included your account due to both of you used the same VPN.
The block should likely be removed if you change your current IP address by reconnecting to your VPN.
