Why doesn't this wiki use the Naruto databooks?

I understand in the cases of Temari's universal fan and Haku's FTL Demonic Ice Mirrors, but aren't obvious Bull statements obvious Bull statements, and plausible statements plausible? Is there a specific reason why the Raikage isn't Massively Hypersonic+ on some Negi Springfield shit? Is light speed reactions Six Paths Naruto and Sasuke really bullshit? Why can't we just examine each statement and judge the plausibility of each statement instead of writing the whole book off completely because of hyperbole. I mean, I don't think it's hyperbole to say the RAIKAGE-- the dude with a literal CLOAK of LIGHTNING, can't move as fast as lightning. If it said that he was light speed, I wouldn't be against it-- cause I like Naruto and speed buffs are nice-- but it wouldn't make sense unless I had a lot of convincing evidence to at least justify it.

I know where your coming from, I brought this up before and it got derailed, however with that being said I'm working on something that might help, as for lightspeed Naruto characters, the problem in itself is that for one who doesn't know if naruto dodged the attack and second its storm release meaning it isn't even real light. lightning speed Raikage isn't far off the fact is that we cant just assume that because he shows some traits similar to lightning that we can assume it moves at those speeds, fiction uses word lightning very loosely.
