Toneri doesn't need to react to something he can control, he simply points his hand and the beam expands.

Then it should be noted an "At Least MHS+, possibly higher" for The Last Naruto. Since he has 0 problem dodging a sub-rel feat (and we cannot scale him directly).

Ok, so going what Gwyn posted (Even though the result is MHS+ Reaction it's Calc-Stacking), I'll agree that Naruto wouldn't scale to Toneri's GWRE.

But, I would like to get opinions on something else dealing with Naruto characters speeds that i'll address in a separate thread, this would be off topic here.

Even if you did agree to this calc stacking, this would lead to even further calc stacking throughout the entirety of the Boruto movie, even though it was replaced by the manga.

+ they r also not point blank attack
