Why doesn't Corvo have Massively FTL with Bend Time (Level 2) as his speed in his page?

Dio pretty much has the same power (The World) and he's considered Massively FTL with it

So, why isn't Corvo getting the same treatment? All I see is just Subsonic with Supersonic reactions

The World is MFTL because it's scaled to other Stands with MFTL feats, like Silver Chariot, not because of the timestop.
