Why does Type 4 multiverse have different tiers for each verse?

They're lowballed to what the verse extends to, probably just some strict wiki thing so some verses aren't exaggerated in their tier.
So for example is the said verse uses higher dimensions, a type 4 would probably be 1-A for extending beyond an uncountable infinite set.

Why does this Wiki underestimate it?

It's not really underestimate per say, but keeping it at a lower interpretation for consistency in the verse that uses it. Things like manifold actually have high end interpretations because of their explicitness.

Which verses are OP referring to?

I'm not aware there are any other verse specifically mentioning mathematical multiverse other than Mathiverse and Baxterverse

The Cthulhu Mythos doesnt count because Lovecraft is addicted to using flowery language to describe how all encompassing the gods in his verse are since he's so incompetent at using mathematical terms to describe transcendence and the like.

If you actually used mathematical terms when a Type 4 multiverse is present in your verse, then said verse could get 1-A/High 1-A/Tier 0

Cthulhu Mythos is only where it is because Lovecraft describes everything that isn't human as an indescribable horror beyond all totalities and comprehension
Because he was racist! Shocker!!!

Kind of ironic considering the story that's most crucial to the cosmology is goes directly against that theme.

It's actually useless by itself tbh.
Kinda like how type 3 doesn't truly give High 1-B.

Baxterverse mention it twice, 'Type IV' (all formal systems) and 'Ultimate L' (all variants of mathematical theorems).

But those statements are 'useless' without specific mention of large cardinal such as Woodin's (represented as one of many structures inside Ultimate L).
