Why does no one except the concept of True Omnipotence and Beyond Omnipotence like beyond Tier 0

I ask why there is no tier above tier 0, the concept of beyond questionable omnipotence unaccepted. I mean the fact that tier 0 beings are limited by one concept\law, they are limited by the concept of self will. Beyond Omnipotent beings are truly limtless as they do not have to act to gain, lose or destroy anything to commit an action. They truly possess limitless power as every second that happens is done and undone by them.

Tier 0s are truly limitless. Limited by absolutely nothing. The definition of omnipotent is all-powerful; there is nothing you cannot do. Being "beyond omnipotent" is impossible, since being beyond all limits is, by definition, omnipotence.
