Short version's in the title. For the long version...
I can mostly understand compositing characters like Mario whose various incarnations don't really contradict with each other, or for various Pokémo who are shown with more than 4 moves learned at once in other media, but after asking around we apparently create composites of video game characters even when this is contradictory and unsupported by canon.
Meaning that, in games with multiple classes or skill trees, characters get all abilities from all classes and skill trees even if this is impossible. Why don't we just separate characters' abilities into keys, or list them all but specify that only a certain amount can canonically be used at the same time? I took the former approach with my draft of Sonny, and the latter approach with my page for Azra Livbar, so they're both viable ways of making profiles.
