Why did Iron-Man get downgraded?

He scaled from casual Hulk at the time, but Zark made a thread to downgrade casual Hulk to 5-A. So that effected a lot of underdogs who scaled from him or Silver Surfer or Thor.

Damn it, man. I really wanted him to at least stay at 4-B, since they don't accept his Celestial Armour which would be 2-C or 2-A.

Planet level Silver Surfer is a joke

Silver Surfer and Thor are 4-B when serious; but he can often hold back to fight against various large planet level characters whom he'd stomp otherwise.
