Why aren't Creation feats scaled above atomization?

If you create something out of nothing, it's gotta have require more energy than destroying that "something" into subatomic particles.
Im not a math man, but wouldn't it be literally impossible to calc the difference given that creating something out of nothing is a phenomena that doesn't exist irl. Destruction on a subatomic level is the closest approximation we can really give without potentially highballing. Sorta just lowballing for the sake of accuracy right?

Well from what I heard there is a way to calculate the destruction of protons

Yes, creating something out of nothing violates the principles of energy and mass conservations, but that’s fiction, after all. Also, this wiki already recognizes that even Attack Potency the way we treat it ignore them, so same should be done here.
Although due to this we cannot exactly quantify the energy required to perform the feat via the formula (since it can’t exist), we can use atomization as a low ball, since it must be far higher than that as I said.
Now I’m curious: can the same apply to EE? It’s kind of the opposite of Creation.

If it's existence eraser via "sheer power" (not Hax then yes), then you could try and calculate at the very least using the destruction of all protons, thing is 99.9999% percent of all legit feats of sheer powers (not Hax) feats are done by characters that are already galaxy or universal tier or higher. So there's no reason to try to calculate something like that.
