Actually this is Neo with his "Inside the Matrix" key, sooo... It's actually the other way around. Unless Neo's intangibility is passive or something, Wesker will blitz him to death and easily destroy him with far superior AP and Durability.
Unless it's Neo "Inside the Matrix" for Reloaded, in which case, yes, Neo stomps.
