Goku: Xeno can go SSJ4 and fuse with SSJ4 Vegeta: Xeno to create SSJ4 Gogeta: Xeno. Old Mechikabura considers said power to be like a baby compared to him, Young Mechi is way stronger, while Dark King Mechi is even stronger than that. Dark King Mechikabura is fodder to the Grand Priest. That's how high he is.

Young Mechi is way stronger: So probably about 5 to 10 or maybe even 20x

while Dark King Mechi is even stronger than that. Probably from 2-5x, Maybe 10x

Dark King Mechikabura is fodder to the Grand Priest. So 7.5x at the least

So anywhere from to 75,000,000 (900,000,000 universes) to 15,000,000,000 (270,000,000,000 universes) if my head math checks out

That's how high he is.
